- Confirmation of Customization Requirements
Upon receipt of an order or customization request, we confirm production details based on the style, dimensions, materials, finish, and other requirements provided by the client.
For complex customization requests, we may consult with the client to further clarify design and craftsmanship specifications before commencing production.
- Design and Production
Once requirements are confirmed, we proceed to the design and production stages. Depending on the product’s complexity and client specifications, the process may involve design, shaping, assembly, refinement, and other essential jewelry-making techniques.
Typically, the production time for custom orders is approximately 5–15 working days.
Production times may be extended for orders involving complex structures, specialized techniques, or highly personalized requirements; the specific timeframe will be determined based on the details of the order.
- Polishing and Finishing
Following production, we perform necessary refinement, polishing, and finishing to enhance the surface quality and achieve the final aesthetic.
Polishing and finishing generally take 1–5 working days, depending on the material, dimensions, structure, finish type, and overall craftsmanship complexity.
Certain specialized finishes or intricate designs may require additional processing time.
- Quality Inspection and Order Completion
After production and finishing, we conduct a final inspection of the custom piece, checking its appearance, dimensions, finish, and overall craftsmanship.
Once the product is confirmed to meet order specifications, it proceeds to packaging and delivery.

Customized products differ from standard, ready-made items. We manufacture products according to the design specifications confirmed by the client; therefore, once a custom order enters the production stage, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it in the same way as standard in-stock items.
