- Customer Responsibilities

- Damage
The customer may be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from damage caused by the customer or members of their party through negligence, misuse, or intentional conduct.

- Prohibited Conduct
Customers and their guests must not engage in unlawful, dangerous, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour.

- Alcohol and Licensing

- Decorations and Equipment

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.

- Cancellation by Us
